From TSF to “Legendary”: The Evolution of a GOAT Home
We’ve tried a lot of different names for this home, and for good reason. Designed by our owner, Mike Harrison, in 2015, this home became an instant hit when we showcased it at the Tulsa State Fair in both 2015 and 2016. Back then, we simply called it the “Tulsa State Fair Home” or TSF.
Fast forward nearly a decade, and this home has been built with over 30 different floorplan revisions—without ever changing the most important feature: the kitchen/living room combo. It has stood the test of time, adapting to various decor styles and remaining the G.O.A.T. (Greatest of All Time).
So, what do you name a home that’s been around for almost 10 years and gone through several name changes? We decided to call it “Legendary”. Now, she’s back in stock at Lifeway Homes. Along with her baby sister, the Legend.
This must-see home has returned with an impressive den fireplace in the great room that will catch your eye. The kitchen has been updated with modern cabinet colors featuring a stylish burnt grain look and gray subway backsplash tile. Prepare to be impressed when you take your first look!
Of course, she still has those beloved original features:
- The signature open living room-kitchen combo
- A 6×8 ceramic tile shower with a pebble rock floor in the master bathroom
- Double vanity sinks
- A large walk-in shower
- Extra-large bedrooms with walk-in closets
- And of course, a fantastic laundry/mudroom with a back entrance
Come visit us today to see why the Legendary continues to impress after all these years!
